RoseCon 2026

"We want to show the world that our differences make us more interesting, and should be talked about instead of getting hidden away or masked! To illustrate this, for the competition at Rosecon 2026 we ask you to paint, build/create a model or small diorama to showcase  this. 

 

Your entry must:

-be a recent model (prove it by pic of grey kit next to competition announcement website or discord post please)

-add something unusual to the paintjob/model/base Something out of the ordinary, different, unexpected or controversial that will make us think/talk about it.

-all model sizes and manufacturers accepted

 

Entries to be submitted by noon, Rosecon 2026, to be judged by Galloway, Chris Rose and Black Dog Painting.

 

 

There will also be a competition on the day of Rosecon, for which One Page Rules (https://onepagerules.com/) have kindly allowed us to use one of their models. These will be 3D printed in advance, and supplied for free at Rosecon (ask one of the organisers for yours!) to anyone who would like to show off their speed(y) painting skills. 

Some paints and brushes, water, palettes and paper will be available on the day, but if you have your own preferred products or brushes you want to use, please make sure to bring them!
